With the victory, Monterrey reached five league titles to surpass the Soles de Mexicali and the Halcones de Xalapaboth with four trophies, to alone be the top winner in Mexican basketball.
Besides, Fuerza Regia achieved the first double in the history of Mexican basketball since last September they won the first edition of the cup tournament.
