The groups were drawn during the draw for the groups in the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie. Germany will open the tournament against Scotland in Munich on June 14th.

The DFB team will play against Hungary on June 19th before their final group game against Switzerland on June 23rd. If Germany wins the group, things could get difficult in the round of 16: the Germans could face Spain or England, among others. At the European Championships, the two group winners and the four best third-place teams will go into the knockout round.
