Durant’s Triple-Double Leads Suns to Victory, Cavs Make Comeback Win in NBA Action

The Cleveland Cavaliers, who were up to twenty points behind, won on the wire in Dallas (113-110), while in Houston, Kevin Durant signed the 18th triple-double of his career to lead the Suns to victory (129-113), Thursday evening in the NBA.

. Remontada: The Cleveland Cavaliers, who were up to twenty points behind in the second quarter, caught up, notably inflicting a 15-0 on their opponents in the third quarter, to beat the Dallas Mavericks barely. With 2 min 3 sec remaining, Caris LeVert made a three-point basket which put the Cavaliers in the lead (107-105), for the first time since the fourth minute. They kept it until the end.

. 39 points from Doncic. Luka Doncic, despite a shooting percentage below 50%, scored 39 points for the Dallas Mavericks. Insufficient, however, to avoid his team’s defeat against the Cavaliers.

. Triple-double for Durant. Kevin Durant, one of the big stars of the League, recorded the 18th triple double of his career as part of a Phoenix team that won 129 to 113 in Houston. The guard scored 27 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and above all delivered 16 assists, the best score of his career in this area, at 35 years old.

. Philadelphia dominates in Orlando. The Philadelphia 76ers (3rd in the Eastern Conference) largely won in Orlando (5th) 112 to 92. This despite the absence of Joel Embiid, the MVP (best player in the League) of last season, suffering from a ankle sprain. This is the first time in five games that the 76ers have won without their star player.

. Milwaukee knocks out the Nets. The Milwaukee Bucks outclassed the Nets (144-122) in Brooklyn. Within a team that has one of the best attacks in the League this season, Giannis Antetokounmpo once again stood out, flirting with the triple-double (32 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists).

. Oklahoma takes 2nd place in the West. Oklahoma City, in front of its home crowd, beat the New York Knicks 129 to 120, and took second place in the Western Conference from Denver. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams, who each scored 36 points, together scored exactly half of the Thunder’s points.
