Atlanta Hawks Slump Continues with Loss to Depleted Chicago Bulls

Nothing is going well for Atlanta! Beaten 118-113 in Chicago against an opponent deprived of two of its best players, the Hawks continue to sink.

Clint Capela and his teammates conceded a third defeat in a row to now find themselves two wins from a play-in place. However, the opportunity was great to bounce back against the Bulls who had to cope without their two All Stars Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucecic, injured.

Atlanta let go in the money time for this 18th defeat in 30 matches. After having lined up seven games with at least 30 points and 10 assists, Trae Young scored 21 points. As for Clint Capela, he was largely dominated under the boards by Andre Drummond who grabbed 25 rebounds. With his 13 points, his 5 rebounds and his differential of -7, the Genevan did not really evolve in the register that had been his three days earlier against Memphis.

Finally in Detroit, the Pistons made history in the worst possible way. Beaten 118-112 at home by Brooklyn. They became the first to lose… 27 matches in a row in the same season. Cade Cunningham’s 41 points couldn’t prevent this defeat too much.
