Vinicius was once again one of the highlights of the Madrid match in the extra-sports episodes chapter. The Brazilian got into a fight with Rayo’s goalkeeper, Dimitrievski, in the final minutes and told him to be off the field after the game.
Vinicius repeated to him during the discussion in the last minutes of the match: “you and me, out! you and me out!”. The disagreement came after a play in which Vinicius considered that the goalkeeper was wasting time so that Madrid would take longer to take a corner.
The Brazilian lost his nerve and made veiled threats to the goalkeeper. The Sócrates award challenged the Rayo goalkeeper, who on the other hand was very pacifying after the game.
In statements to El Chringuito, Dimitrievski, lowered his tone and sent a kind message to Vinicius. “The meet-and-greet thing was good vibes,” he began with a smile. “If I saw him outside I would have given him a hug. Vinicius’s thing is on the pitch, it’s normal.”
