The Bucks come out on top against the Blazers with a great Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Bucks snatched victory against Portland, but it was difficult. Manhandled by a team which immediately found the right rhythm, the Milwaukee players had to wait until the last moments of the match to savor their victory. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s double-double (33 points, 16 rebounds) did good, the player still proving important in “money time”, even if it took a video challenge in the last seconds to avoid his exclusion and especially to validate a very important counter on Malcom Brogdon. But that does not hide the terrible difficulties experienced by the Bucks.

Challenged to the end by a young Portland team who didn’t have the energy to go all the way. The Blazers were up to 26 points ahead, but did not last the distance and had a victory ball with 14 seconds to go. Guilty of a foul on Damian Lillard (31 points) 10 seconds from the buzzer, the Blazers saw the match slip away from them definitively with the 2/2 on the latter’s free throws. Lillard, still himself and very lively against his former team, caused one last mistake and widened the final gap.
