Juan Pablo Vargas renewed his contract and will play with Millonarios FC for 3 more years.
The central defender arrived at the club in 2020 to reinforce the team. Since then, the ‘Tico’ has become a reference for the ambassador team, playing 143 games and was a fundamental piece of Professor Gamero in obtaining the 2022 Cup titles against Junior de Barranquilla and the 2023-1 League against Atlético Nacional.
In his 143 games, Vargas has accumulated 12,600 minutes with Millonarios in his sports career. In addition, he has been called up to the Costa Rica National Team on several occasions.
