Welcome to Pulse: discover in 3D the reactor core for the Paris Olympics in 2024

Since 2021, the organizing committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and its president Tony Estanguet have set up shop in the Pulse building in Saint-Denis, in Seine-Saint-Denis, a department which will host several sporting events but also emblematic sites of the 2024 Games.

The building is located on rue Proudhon on the border of the municipalities of Saint-Denis and Aubervilliers, 50m from the Front-Populaire station, on line 12 of the metro.

Within a 3 km radius are the Stade de France, the sporting nerve center of Paris 2024, the athletes’ village and the aquatic center.

Less than a km from Porte de la Chapelle and Paris, the site, which has a bicycle garage and 30 electric charging stations, is accessible by two-wheelers, by public transport and by car via the A1 motorway and the A86.

The “innovative” building meets the Cojo criteria: zero waste, reuse of materials, accessibility for disabled people, respect for the environment… The building is the property of the Icade group which rents it to the organizing committee until the end of the Games.

Pulse is a laboratory, the Cojo is testing the circular economy, soft mobility, local consumption… The result of these experiments will be found on all the sites of the Paris Games in 2024.
