Vinicius still a victim of racism, Sevilla expels a fan

The striker was once again the subject of racist insults, in this case during the Sanchez Pizjuan match between Sevilla and Real Madrid which ended 1-1. Thus begins the official statement published by Vinicius Jr on his social profiles in which the Brazilian striker denounces another episode of racism. This time it happened at Sanchez Pizjuan in Seville during the match between the Andalusian club and Real Madrid, which ended 1-1.

“Unfortunately I received a video of another racist act during this Saturday’s match, this time the protagonist is a child. Sevilla’s statement: “The fan identified and expelled”

The Seville club responded immediately to the incident of racism reported by Vinicius: “Seville announces that after having detected xenophobic and racist behavior by a fan in their sector proceeded to identify him, expel him from the stadium and reported him to the authorities who served in our stadium”. Siviglia himself adds: “Furthermore, the internal disciplinary regulations will be applied with the utmost severity and will be expelled immediately as a member of the club.”
