The organization chart of Olympique Lyonnais is once again disrupted! With the international break in full swing, OL have just parted ways with Martin Buchheit, performance director. According to Progressthe dismissal of Laurent Blanc, with whom he had already worked in the past within Paris Saint-Germain, apparently precipitated his departure and the new Gones coach Fabio Grosso is not counting on his services.
A graduate of STAPS in Strasbourg, Martin Buchheit first learned handball by joining the staff of Séléstat Alsace Handball before being appointed lecturer at the University of Amiens. After leaving the Picardy academy, the Frenchman gained solid experience in Qatar, allowing him to join PSG between 2014 and 2016 and then join the staff of LOSC and finally that of OL last June.
