The Councilor for Youth, Elena Justo, accompanied by Joaquín Tapioles “Pastor Galáctico” presented this morning the Night Hiking Route activity that was postponed from the month of September due to inclement weather and that will finally take place on October 14 starting at 9:00 p.m.
The Route will be guided by Joaquín Tapioles, Galactic Pastor, who has collaborated with NASA and who already has a closed quota of participants amounting to 60 registered. The activity will begin at 9:00 p.m. and the council asks that you arrive a few minutes early to organize the route. Each participant will receive a map to locate and visualize the constellations.
An activity that is part of the programming for this month of October and that starts this Saturday with the handball activity at the Frontón de la Rosaleda in collaboration with the Brigecio Sports Club. Additionally, on October 14, the Archery activity is celebrated in collaboration with the Arqueros Benavente Sports Club.
On October 21, a new activity will be launched in collaboration with the Nature Sports School, “Jugger”, a team activity that combines elements of rugby and fencing and is based on the strategy and skill of the players as indicated by the Councilor, Elena Justo.
On October 28 at the Los Rosales Equestrian Center, the men’s and women’s activity will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All activities are intended for participants from 8 to 17 years old.
