Exciting Autumn Activities for Kids: JoJo Children’s Program Offers Creative Fun and Adventures

It’s that time again, the JoJo children’s program starts the autumn holidays with lots of great activities.
We offer children from the first grade of primary school onwards a wide range of creative and play activities. These include the well-known seasonal offers such as autumn crafts, autumn baking, a Halloween party, creating Halloween decorations, witch’s kitchen, baking cookies, Christmas presents and making Christmas tree decorations.
There are also small day trips, such as a visit to Alpaka Glanz in Nutteln, a trip to UpSprung Osnabrück and the Osnabrück ice rink. There is popcorn for breakfast when you visit the CineCenter in Cloppenburg to watch the film “Trolls – Strong Together”. The program also offers various cooking and baking courses in the kitchen, such as baking monster muffins, baking extraordinary pizzas and creating magical cookies together. Artistic activities such as designing tree decorations, putting together macrame dream catchers and painting candles with wax are also offered in this program. The Red School reporters are out and about again to uncover many exciting questions. There will also be sporting and action-packed activities. You can dance Zumba, play indoor football and action games and have a table football tournament together.
Some clubs, institutions and companies from Cloppenburg are also taking part in this program: in the fire department marching band you can show off your talent at the console, spend a cozy film evening or make a door wreath out of wooden beads. The police are once again inviting you to a taster session at the police station, at Amcon you can immerse yourself in the world of information and the St. Andreas library offers to film your own trailer for your favorite book. Things get sporty with archery from the Cloppenburg archery club or judo for beginners from the TVC judo department.
Of course, the St. Nicholas lantern parade is also planned again on December 9th, 2023 in collaboration with the Cloppenburg Museum Village. Parents can also create lanterns at the Red School together with their children on two dates.
On two evenings, parents can visit the Red School and let their creativity run wild and make various decorations themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. This year there are Christmas elves, Santa Claus, angels and also macrame elves that you can make yourself. The well-known Krea evenings will take place on November 14th and 15th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
In addition, an open children’s meeting is offered to the children in the Red School every Thursday. On this day, the kids can come to the meeting without registering and at no cost and do crafts, play, cook or whatever the children feel like doing. The open meeting is always open on Thursdays between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. except on holidays and vacation days.
The children’s theater series “Spielwiese” for children aged 4 and over starts the new season. Tickets for the plays can also be purchased with the paydays. These are available online at nordwestticket.de or at the Terwelp, Stadthalle or Rote Schule ticket offices.
The program will be online from October 2nd, 2023 at www.clp-jugend.de and the request list entry will begin. The overbooked events will be raffled off on October 9th, 2023, which must then be paid either by bank transfer or in cash at the Red School by October 13th, 2023 in order to finally book the place.
Further information about the offers can be found on the Red School homepage at www.clp-jugend.de. If you have any further questions, please contact the Red School staff at 04471/709889.
