Ciudad Juárez.- Around 300 local schools will participate in the Municipal Sports Fair that will be held on October 13 and 14 in Villas de Salvárcar.
Juan Escalante, director of the Municipal Sports Institute, announced the fair that will be held in Villas de Salvárcar, where the intention is for children under 12 years of age to have an approach to sports and be able to identify which one they like the most. He said that it is expected that around 4 thousand boys and girls can attend the event.
The Sports Fair is a project of the Aspen Institute Mexico and there will be a sports circuit where hundreds of children will receive a sports passport with which they can participate in disciplines such as athletics, basketball, badminton, fronton, archery, soccer, tennis table tennis, baseball, judo, fencing, taekwondo, chess and boxing.
The activities will take place at the Deportiva Villas de Salvárcar on Friday, October 13, starting at 8:00 in the morning and until 6:00 in the afternoon, later on Saturday, it will be open to all citizens and to those who make up a sports league.
In order to participate, a completely free registration will be required, which can be done on the day of the event before entering.
