Chelsea couldn’t relax after facing Arsenal. Six tough opponents in the Premier League await, watch out for the Blues!
Chelsea spent the end of October, all of November and early December with tough opponents in the Premier League. The first test was passed last weekend, a 2-2 draw against Arsenal.
Next, Chelsea will face six opponents they have found difficult to beat in the last one or two seasons in the Premier League. The opponents are Brentford, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Newcastle, Brighton and Manchester United.
Chelsea lost twice and drew once in the meeting against Brentford. Chelsea was even beaten 1-4.
Chelsea still dominates head to head against Tottenham. But in the last meeting, Chelsea lost 0-2.
Manchester City is superior to Chelsea. Of the last six matches in all competitions, City has consistently won!

Newcastle was able to balance and win 1-0 over Chelsea last season. Chelsea are also having difficulties against Brighton, having last won in 2020.
Of the last five meetings against Manchester United, Chelsea have drawn four. MU won the last meeting with a landslide score of 4-1.
Chelsea is on a mission to return to the top of the Premier League standings. Meanwhile, Enzo Fernandez et al are still in 10th place with 12 points from nine matches.
