ADO started the match badly, and only got better after ten minutes of the match. ADO finally opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Klas’ pass was completed by Henk Veerman. The 1-0 score lasted until the first half ended.

Oss improved his performance in the second half, and twice forced Nikiema to make saves. Nikiema finally had to give up in the 61st minute after Arthur Allemeersch broke through the goal.

However, ten minutes before the end of the match, ADO ensured victory through Veerman’s brace which completed Henri Koudossou’s cross. ADO also went through seven consecutive matches without defeat.
