The RC Toulon third row, who is suffering from a calf strain, was spared this Tuesday.

As revealed by Olympic Midday, the third row of the French XV was forced to cut short his training session on Monday after feeling a strain in his calf. This Tuesday, Charles Ollivon was spared and did not take part in training, observing his teammates from a sideline, surrounded by Paul Boudehent (mandatory rest after concussion) and Julien Marchand (in the recovery phase after an injury hamstring injury in the opening match).

No worries, however, for the Toulonnais. In the morning, he was able to participate in the so-called “clarity” session, namely repeating the scales while walking. The staff wanted to be very reassuring regarding his slight injury, speaking of a precautionary measure.

This time, Couilloud wore number 9

Concerning the team wearing the starting bibs, it was somewhat different from the day before. Baille, Bourgarit and Aldegheri made up the first line. Woki and Taofifenua were associated in the second row. No changes in third (Macalou, Cros, Alldritt, like the day before).

At the hinge, Couilloud had taken the place of Lucu, still associated with Jalibert. New pair of centers (Danty-Vincent) and if Villière kept the 11, this time it was Bielle-Biarrey (and not Penaud) who wore the blue chasuble flocked with number 14. No change at the back with Thomas Ramos.

This Wednesday, no training on the Blues program. Some of them will take the opportunity to visit children with disabilities in the morning.
