Unless there is sensational news, the closing for the transfer of the Novara shares from Massimo Ferranti to Naser Altamimi will be postponed to October.
As reported by La Stampa, the manager currently within the International Judo Federation has, in fact, requested and obtained to move the signing date from 30 September to 5 October due to his commitments in the Asian Games currently being held in China.
Ferranti’s decision was surprising given that in recent weeks he had defined the end-of-month deadline as “impassable”. Going beyond that date would have meant the recovery of the 8% of the shares already in the hands of Altamimi and no longer the sale of the entire package.
Now, however, the situation has changed and the anticipation is growing for Novara and its fans.
