A week and a half after the attack suffered by this family from Saint-Nazaire during Nantes-Marseille (1-1) on September 1, the mother, Alicia Mahé, spoke in the columns of West France.

Alicia Mahé indicated that her child received a Nantes Quentin Merlin jersey from a member of the Loire Brigade ultras. “My son has already played with it three or four times,” says the mother. Concerning the legal consequences, two men were placed in police custody, before being released without legal proceedings. An investigation into “intentional violence in a meeting, with use or threat of a weapon, in a sports venue” was opened on September 4 by the Nantes public prosecutor’s office.
