Within the club’s Merchandising team, the Merchandising Assistant’s mission is to proactively participate in the merchandising strategy defined in order to guarantee the promotion and sale of products derived from the Red Star FC brand.
He/she plays an important role in the performance of the club’s physical and digital stores and assists the merchandising team in its daily missions. The merchandising assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing stocks for home matches and will participate in the sale of Red Star FC products.
Your missions:
■ Order processing:
◇ He/she is responsible for processing customer orders, from their receipt until their delivery;
◇ He/she manages the sending of packages on time, tracking deliveries and after-sales service in the event of questions or problems related to an order.
■ Preparation for home matches:
◇ He/she actively participates in the proper implementation of the club’s physical points of sale on match nights;
◇ He/she guarantees the quality of product presentation at points of sale, ensures product replenishment if necessary and advises customers during matches.
■ Sale of brand products and click & collect management:
◇ He/she participates in the sale of club products during the summer period and guarantees the smooth running of click & collect on Wednesday afternoons;
◇ He/she welcomes customers, informs them according to their needs and guarantees a quality experience for everyone.
■ Project management:
◇ Plan and organize the creation stages, respecting the deadlines and budgets;
◇ Coordinate activities with teams and external service providers.

This internship is aimed in particular at Bac +2 / Bac +3 level students in the fields of sales, marketing or commerce but all applications will be considered in the same way. An appetite for the world of football would be a plus.
