Basket Academyin this new and exciting 2023-2024 sports season, has joined the project of the Dolomiti Energy Basketball Academy of Trent.
The board of directors and the President of the ASD Basket Academy, Edoardo Casuscelli, with the support of Giulio Agostinelli, President of Pontevecchio Basket, and Paola Gionangeli, President of Valdiceppo Basket, welcomed the opportunity to collaborate with Dolomiti Energia with great enthusiasm Basketball Academy, under the technical and organizational guidance of Marco Crespi.
Casuscelli he declared: “When Marco Crespi (NBA technical commentator for Sky and coach of the women’s national team and several Serie A teams), whom I thank, told me about this opportunity, I was immediately enthusiastic about undertaking this collaboration; We met Marco in Trento (on the occasion of the men’s national team tournament in preparation for the world championship) and we immediately found synergy and stimulating topics. I think that competing with a reality of professionals like that of Aquila Basket Trento is a form of growth both for our entire movement and for Umbrian basketball. Both on and off the pitch, over the years we have always liked to learn from the best, and I think there is no better opportunity than this. Marco immediately conveyed to us the desire to expand his community with a reality like ours, and we are really proud of it. This collaboration will represent an important opportunity for the development and exchange of experiences for our young athletes and will contribute to the growth of our clubs not only from a sporting point of view, but also from a technical, organizational and managerial point of view.”
