Chadrac. Arts-Martiaux Chadrac, back on the tatami mats!. A new season has begun for the Chadrac Martial Arts association, which returned to school on Friday, September 8, at the gymnasium dojo. The judo club is organizing itself in order to welcome its licensees in the best conditions and above all to allow access to as many people as possible. The open days in September aim to introduce or rediscover judo and juJitsu, with the club offering the opportunity to try these activities during this back-to-school month.
Course supervision is provided by Stéphane Chassin, a state-certified sports instructor for many years, 5th dan black belt and trained in welcoming people with disabilities.
A new teacher joins the club in the person of Gilles Léger, 4th dan black belt, holder of the DEJEPS (State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport). With his experience in one of the largest clubs in France (Judo Marnaval), he will help to strengthen preparations for the grades of teenagers and adults.
Another new feature is a slot open for 4-5 year olds, with Stéphane, a sports instructor, to supervise and initiate these budding judokas.
This season, the club will offer half-days of discovery of different sports (krav-maga, Brazilian juJitsu, taekwondo, self-defense, etc.).
Finally, Arts Martiaux Chadrac offers, in addition to its weekly activities, personalized progression for each practitioner, monitoring of members in competitions, training courses as well as participation in major events such as training with athletes from the team of France.
Schedules
Awakening Judo for ages 4 to 5: Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:20 p.m. Judo for children ages 6 to 11: Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. For those over 12, several possibilities: taïso, body maintenance, Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 6:50 p.m., then ju-jitsu, self-defense, Friday from 6:50 p.m. to 8 p.m. or judo over 12s and adults, Friday from 6:50 p.m. to 8 p.m.
