The Argentine Máximo Perrone will play on loan in Las Palmas until the end of the season

Argentine midfielder Máximo Perrone will play on loan at Las Palmas until the end of this season, after the Canarian team reached an agreement with Manchester City, according to a statement from the Spanish entity.

“Máximo Perrone arrives at the yellow entity, on loan, after the agreement with Manchester City and the player, until June 30, 2024,” the club advanced on its website about the incorporation of the Argentine, “a midfielder left-footed player of great quality, with a good understanding and vision of the game”.

In the 2019-2020 season, the 23-year-old midfielder began his stage at Vélez, a club with which he played 33 games: 15 league games, 10 in the Copa Libertadores, 1 in the Copa Argentina and 7 in the Copa of the League, scoring 3 goals. In addition, he has played 5 duels with the Argentine U-20 team.

His remarkable performance in South America caught the attention of Manchester City, which took over his rights in January of this year, forming part of the squad that was proclaimed champion of the Champions League, the Premier and the FA Cup.
