By uploading the ticket digitally to the fidelity card, the buyer will receive via email (if purchased on the Sport.ticketone.it website or https://sscnapoli.ticketone.it/search), or directly from the staff of the authorized sales point where the purchase was made, a coupon/placeholder.
To access the Stadium, it will be essential to bring your fidelity card, coupon/placeholder and a valid identification document with you – which must be shown at every request from the control staff present at the stadium.
It should be noted that the coupon/placeholder does not in itself constitute a valid ticket for admission to the stadium.

SSC Napoli also reminds its fans that the Season ticket campaign 23/24 it will end at 11.59 pm on 18 August 2023. After this date, it will no longer be possible to subscribe to a FULL or ITALIA season ticket for the 2023/24 sports season.
As of today approx 22.000 fans have decided to subscribe and secure their place at Maradona throughout the season. We still have a few hundred seats available in the Distinti Inferiori, Tribuna Nisida and Tribuna Posillipo sectors, with the possibility for Under-14s, Under-30s and Over-65s to access special rates.
Greater availability in the Lower Curve sectors, with the possibility of purchasing Under-14 and Under-30 at reduced rates.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Access to the Stadium must take place in an orderly manner, in compliance with the instructions given by SSC Napoli through its staff, in order to avoid gatherings.
At the end of the race, in order not to create gatherings, the outflow will be limited and regulated by the security personnel. Therefore, the public is invited to remain in their seats and wait for the instructions of the stewards to exit.
Non-compliance with the protocols may result in sanctions by the competent authorities.
Ownership of an admission ticket to the Maradona Stadium automatically implies acceptance of the Regulations for use of the Stadium and the Regulatory Code for the transfer of admission tickets to football events of SSC Napoli SpA (‘Code of Conduct’), both of which can be consulted on the official website sscnapoli.it.
The Code of Conduct contemplates all conduct deemed relevant for the purposes of the application of any sanctions by SSC Napoli, the various types of sanctions as well as the relative application procedures.
SSC Napoli reminds its fans to read and scrupulously comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct and the Regulations for use of the Stadium.
The Maradona Stadium is equipped with a state-of-the-art video surveillance system capable of identifying the perpetrators of violations of the Stadium Use Regulations and the Code of Conduct.
SSC Napoli condemns any violent behavior, even verbal, and any conduct that directly or indirectly involves offense, denigration or insult for reasons of race, color, religion, language, sex, nationality, ethnic origin or configure ideological propaganda prohibited by law or in any case praising discriminatory behavior or, more generally, that SSC Napoli deems not representative of its tradition and sporting identity.
