The Mexican Pacific League (LMP) announced this Thursday afternoon the 2023 edition of the Mexican Baseball Fiesta in the Valley of the Sun area of Arizona, during a press conference held at the Visit Mesa offices.
Present at the event were representatives of the Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs, who will host American Family Fields in Phoenix and Sloan Park in Mesa.
This is an event where four teams from the Mexican winter circuit (Naranjeros de Hermosillo, Águilas de Mexicali, Yaquis de Obregón and, for the first time, Algodoneros de Guasave) will participate as part of their preseason training.
With this, it is intended that the fans of Arizona can live 100% the experience of the LMP, combining baseball, music, food and the characteristic Mexican atmosphere, already with the musical group La Brissa announced as part of the stellar poster.
In addition to a five-match series scheduled for September 28-October 1, the event will feature a Home Run Derby.
