NEW JERSEY.- The Makina Baseball Academy team was crowned champion of the U-12 tournament, the oldest in the United States.
The president of said entity, the young Dominican Robinson Almonte established in the state of New Jersey in the city of Newark. He gives all the credit to his coaching team led by Rafael Cabral and Francisco Santiago.
He highlighted that the leadership managed to get the boys to the grand final of this great event and win it against another team from New Jersey, and for the first time in history two teams from the same state faced each other.

In this event, Makina baseball faced teams from San Diego, in the semifinal whose team was tied in the first Round and when facing Makina in the semifinal, they achieved the 16-8 victory for and to the world series of the event against the FB Braves to beat him 27-8 to be crowned champion of this great event.
