His first interview as a Bayern player!
Harry Kane (30) speaks openly on “Sky UK” about his early days in Munich.
The new striker star: “It was crazy. The first few days were hectic, there was a lot going on. There was a lot to do, then the game on Saturday. In the past few days I’ve been able to settle down a bit and get to know the team better. It’s a really great experience. Now it’s about preparing for Friday.”

Against RB Leipzig, Kane sniffed the first air in the Bayern jersey. Bayern’s king transfer came on in the 63rd minute. The game in the Supercup went 0:3 in the pants.
Kane continued: “When I sat on the bench – everything happened so quickly with the change – and looked around, it was a completely new environment, team and stadium, it was a very crazy experience. But when I’m on the training ground and playing, it all feels normal.”
Harry Kane: “You have to win at Bayern Munich”
Bayern start the new Bundesliga season in Bremen on Friday. “You always want to start the season well. Of course it’s not that easy to start away from home. But with a win we can gain a lot of self-confidence,” he says.
Kane also explains, “We have a long season ahead of us. Bayern Munich always has a lot of pressure to win titles and go far in the Champions League.”
He adds: “At Bayern Munich you have to win. If you don’t win, there will always be big question marks. I’ve been able to deal with that my whole career, with Tottenham or with the England national team. I want to get better, want to make my teammates better. I don’t want to deal too much with the media.”

The start of the Bundesliga season also means a total adjustment for Kane. “It’s going to be very weird, of course. I love the Premier League. I grew up watching the Premier League. Of course I will miss parts of it.”
Kane lists: “Playing with my team-mates and in certain stadiums, the atmosphere. This is a challenge for me. Of course I will continue to follow football. In the beginning I will surely miss it. But of course my focus is here.”
In the interview he also talks about the possibility of winning the Ballon d’Or with the German record champions: “If you win games, titles and even the Champions League and I probably score a lot of goals as a result, you also tend to get individual awards. But it all depends on what you achieve as a team.”

At his introductory press conference, Kane revealed that Thomas Müller had already invited him to a round of golf. “We haven’t done it yet. Maybe next week. We have a little more time there. If the weather stays like this, we’ll definitely manage it,” he says.
He also says about Müller: “Thomas is a leader, has a great personality. I’m sure he will help me get to know the other players. Hopefully we can get a good connection.”
