The Kane Festival has reached the Munich Arena!

Bayern easily wins against Augsburg 3-1 – thanks to the transfer of the king.

Harry Kane (30) meets for the first time in the Allianz Arena at home. In his second Bundesliga game he snaps for the third time.

► 40 minutes: Dorsch deflects a Kimmich shot with his arm. Referee Siebert initially lets it continue, but after studying VAR there are penalties. Kane confidently turns it into the middle. 2:0!

The 100m man is the first Bayern player since Joshua Zirkzee (2019) to score in his first two Bundesliga games.

Kane had announced in the BamS interview: “I want to help, be a leader, score goals and hang up.” Does he do it…

► 69 minutes: Coman sends Davies. The Canadian puts forward beautifully on the striker. He lobs it past Dahmen from a short distance. 3:0!

Before that, Bayern had taken the lead through a lucky goal. Dahmen is able to save a Sané shot, but the rebound goes unluckily against Uduokhai and from there into the goal (32′).

Five minutes before the end, Dion Beljo scored the consolation goal for Augsburg (86th). But more is not possible here.

Surprisingly, Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel (49) does not play with Müller from the start. And that despite the fact that Jamal Musiala has been absent for weeks with a torn muscle fibre.

Although Müller had hip problems in preparation, he was expected from the start. The original Bavarian only comes in after 71 minutes – to great applause.

Smelly boots Benjamin Pavard (27), who absolutely wants to switch to Inter Milan, is not in the squad. Officially because of back pain. “The wish is deposited. But that’s not a one-way street,” says the Bayern coach before the game.

Interesting: Tuchel tested newcomer Laimer on the right back for 20 minutes.

It only gets heated once: After the half-time whistle, Sané and Pedersen have a war of words in front of the dressing room entrance. Sané pushes the Augsburger, then has to be held back by Rexhbecaj and Bayern supervisors.

But there is also a bit of heat in the stands. The southern curve holds up a banner that criticizes the Bayern bosses: “Does a club that pays over 100 million for a player have to cancel 2500 standing room tickets? 50 instead of 15€ – how patronizing!”

Background: The lower tier in the north stand was renovated during the summer break. Pure standing room was created in the curves, but the seat shells were removed, and in the middle there was pure seating. This put an end to a nerve-wracking issue – because stewards had to point out to fans for months that they were not allowed to sit on the available seat shells in the standing room area due to the lack of space.

And later, member of the supervisory board Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (67) was also criticized: “Careful KHR & Rubiales: That’s why we need awareness concepts.”

Rummenigge defended Spain’s association president Luis Rubiales (46) after his scandalous kiss on the mouth of national player Jennifer Hermoso (33) in the women’s World Cup final.

For Augsburg, on the other hand, it is the 14th away defeat in a row – a new club record.
