Tigre lost in Victoria and was eliminated against Libertad

Tigre fell this Thursday against Libertad from Paraguay, 1-0, and was eliminated from the Copa Sudamericana, after closing a playoff tie with a global score of 1-3.

The Paraguayan team prevailed in the rematch played in Victoria with a win by Argentine defender Alexander Barboza, formerly Independiente and Defensa y Justicia. Libertad’s next rival in the round of 16 of South America will be Fortaleza, from Brazil.
