Málaga CF closes the second day of the campaign with more than 1,000 subscribers

He Málaga CF is already immersed in the subscriber campaign most complex of its history, “The difficult”. However, and despite the fact that a good outlay will have to be made to see the team compete in the RFEF First Division, the data recorded so far reinforces Kike Pérez’s idea: «The Málaga CF fans are the best in Spain and they will demonstrate being with his club. And he is right. The blue and white entity closed its second day of the campaign with more than 1,000 subscribers.

On Tuesday around 500 people launched the campaign and this Wednesday just over 500 completed it. In the club there is some satisfaction with how these figures are progressing. The general director has already announced that the objective of the Costa del Sol club is, at least, to match the data recorded last season. For this reason, they have wanted to devote themselves completely to the fans -as a reflection of the success of the spot- to keep the ‘heart’ of La Rosaleda more alive than ever.

An image of this are the queues that have been seen these days at the blue and white ticket offices. Despite the high temperatures, hundreds and Hundreds of people have gathered at the Martiricos stadium to become loyal to the blue and white team for another year. At all times, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. when you can go, the flow of fans is continuous.

Slow campaign?

It must be remembered that there are several issues that prevent this number of subscribers from advancing at a faster rate, as has happened, for example, in other teams in the category such as Deportivo de La Coruña -1,000 subscribers in less than a day-. The first reason is automatic renewal, which will not be effective until Friday. Subscribers of the 22/23 campaign, who had automatic renewal active, have until the 14th to unsubscribe. Otherwise, the club will immediately extend that link for one more year.

From there, thousands of subscribers will be able to join this list that already exceeds a thousand. Another very important issue that is holding back campaign activity is the online platform. Until now, The box office is the only way to renew or register a season ticket. So there are also hundreds of people who are going to wait for this new format to be available -in which an additional cost of two euros will have to be paid- to renew their subscription or register.

So, starting Friday and next week, the campaign will pick up cruising speed with the online platform and automatic renewal. Meanwhile, with only the ticket offices, there is moderate optimism at the club for the next season.
