ATP Challenger El Espinar: Preview and Draw for the Spanish Summer Tournament

From July 24 to 30, the ATP Challenger category 100 takes place in the Spanish town of El Espinar on an outdoor hard court.

The Open Castilla y León is one of the traditional summer tournaments on the Spanish calendar. Who was last year as champion was Hugo Grenier and we will have it on stage after having a great week in Pozoblanco. He will be the second seed in a draw that will be led by the only Top 100, the Hungarian Marton Fucsovics.

Since 2017 with Jaume Munar there has not been a Spanish tennis player who has managed to win the title and this year the best tennis player in the country by ranking who will be present is Paul Flames. He is number 180 in the world and will be the sixth seed. We will also have Fernando Verdasco who has received an invitation from the organization as well as david jorda that he is having a successful year and his quest to establish himself on the Challenger circuit continues. The third invitation has been granted to the British player George Loffhagen.
