19-Year-Old Arrested for Violence, Threats, and Injuring Public Official in Rapallo Dispute

RAPALLO – A 19-year-old from Rapallo was arrested for resistance, violence, threats and injuries to a public official and charged with throwing objects into the street. It all started last night, when some residents called the police over a dispute between three young people: one of them, the 19-year-old, was looking out the first floor window of a building and had tried to hit the other two by throwing them porcelain vases and glasses.

Once on the spot, the officers found numerous pieces on the ground: shortly after, the 19-year-old reappeared from the window, visibly drunk, and first admitted to having argued with his brother and cousin, then insulted the policemen.

At that point the agents said they wanted to search the young man’s house, who threw his cell phone at him. Once you enter the house the 19-year-old began destroying the kitchen, then threatened the agents themselves and his mother with death, who was in shock. At the time of his arrest he also injured one of the policemen.

After a check in the apartment, the agents found and seized a steel sword, 2 baseball bats, 20 knives, a metal hatchet and 4 brass knuckles.
