The University of Cantabria achieves six medals in the Spanish University Championships

​​​​​​The representation of the University of Cantabria (UC) in the Spanish University Championships (CEU​)made up of 60 athletes who combine their university studies with competition, has won a total of six medals: one gold, two silver and three bronze.

So, Vanessa Berdasco he climbed to the top of the podium in the archery competition, held in Valladolid. The goalkeeper of the Astur Equestrian Club hung the gold medal representing the University of Cantabria, where she is studying Nursing.

For his part, Joaquin Pardo, Physics student at UC, got a silver in the 50-meter breaststroke and a bronze in the 100-meter freestyle. and a bronze in 50m. breaststroke and 100m. free respectively.
