At the end of the three-day final trip to the season, Borussia Mönchengladbach clinched a 3-0 win in a friendly at third division Hallescher FC on Wednesday (May 31, 2023).

Patrick Herrmann made things clear early on with a brace (7th, 13th). In the second round, Alassane Plea (52nd) increased to 3:0 shortly after the restart, which also meant the final score of the game.
