“From 20 yesterday we had an interview, now it’s narrowed down. Hopefully we can get it. Yesterday Coach Indra (Sjafri) and Coach Shin (Tae-yong) also asked questions, I said be patient. Because I also have to maintain a balance from friends, don’t let us add a technical director instead it doesn’t work together. This is dangerous. In fact, we want there to be cohesiveness,” he added.

The function of the Technical Director, said Erick, is to review the existing coaches. So that later the new Technical Director will have to provide an objective assessment of the trainers working for PSSI.

Erick then explained that in the future the Technical Director would be assisted by someone, to tour every region in Indonesia. The purpose of the visit was to provide training to trainers in the regions so that they have the same standard.
