A martial arts champion attacked a delivery service for having delivered an order late. This is Santiago Passini, 55, who is also recognized for being a businessman in Posadas, Misiones.
The attack that Sebastián suffered was recorded by a neighbor who was able to record his pleas for him to stop hitting him: “I felt his fists all over my body,” he recounted.
In his testimony, the 23-year-old delivery man explained that when the renowned judo and Greco-Roman wrestling champion arrived at his home, he lowered him to the ground without letting him make any defensive moves.
“Suddenly he left his house with a knife in his hand and told me that if I did, he would come looking for me,” Sebastián said.
Given the knowledge of the images disseminated on social networks and the young man’s complaint, Judge Juan Manuel Monte ordered the arrest of the accused.
“He knows where to hit and kill,” the young man said angrily. When asked about the knowledge of other attacks, the delivery responded: “He has a record of hitting other people on the street.”
The event happened at dawn on Tuesday on Barrufaldi street in Posadas, Misiones when Passini requested two pizzas on WhatsApp from the place where Sebastián works.
When the young man arrived at the scene, the attacker told him that he had arrived late and that for this reason he was not going to pay for the pizzas. That generated the anger of Sebastián who explained that he had to pay them.
Despite this, the martial arts champion tried to remove his helmet, causing a neck injury, and began to hit pineapples all over his body.
