Paderborn coach Lukas Kwasniok (41) will not be on the bench for his team’s last game of the season against Nuremberg on Sunday. The club announced on Friday morning.
Kwasniok was arrested in Mallorca on Monday. As BILD learned from investigative circles, a woman (25) is said to claim that Kwasniok raped her. She met the trainer on the beach in Cala Ratjada and went to his hotel room with him.
And further: “The SC Paderborn 07 is happy to comply with the request of head coach Lukas Kwasniok and confirms his desire to continue the successful cooperation in the contractually agreed form.”
At the season finale against Nuremberg, assistant coach Frank Kaspari (52) will take over on the sidelines.
