Tijuana, Baja California.- The head of the Institute of Sport and Physical Culture of Baja California, Erik Morales Elvira, toured the facilities of the High Performance Center (CAR) of Tijuana.
The purpose was to see first-hand the conditions in which the facilities where high-performance athletes from the State are prepared.
On the way, he reached the velodrome, the weapons room for fencing and sports shooting, associated wrestling, table tennis, passing through the athletics track, as well as the aquatic complex.
He also walked through the covered Multi-Use Court where contact sports such as Tae Kwon Do are practiced, the Racquetball Room, as well as the Multi-Use Gym where they train volleyball, judo, badminton, among others.
In addition, Erik Morales was in the sports medicine building to find out what our athletes need to arrive in optimal conditions to the competitions, greeting the nutritionist, psychologists and doctors who work for the Institution.
