Here are the reasons for Joris Kayembe’s transfer to Genk

At the end of the contract in Charleroi, Joris Kayembe was one of the good deals to grab this transfer window. It was finally Genk who was able to take advantage of it. Good news for the Limburgers, especially since Gerardo Arteaga is also coming to the end of his contract on the left flank.

For Dimitri de Condé, strongman of the Limburg management, the transfer of Kayembe was expected: “Joris had been on our wish list for a long time. As an additional left-hander, he is the missing piece of the puzzle of our rearguard” declares he on the club’s website.
