The Compagnie des archers de Pujaut has created a new entity in order to meet the requirements of the French Archery Federation. Thus, the association Les Archers des garrigues Pujaut was created on May 10, in addition to the Archers de Pujaut and corresponds to its new affiliation with the FFTL (France field free shooting).
Members will thus be able to choose between practicing competition and/or leisure while being covered by insurance for both activities, and participating (depending on their qualification) in the championships of France, Europe and the world.
After its traditional competition in April, on June 11, the Archers des garrigues will have their baptism of fire by organizing a friendly 3D competition in the town of Domazan, in partnership with the municipal team and the winegrowers.
All members of the association are invited to come and shoot as well as neighboring clubs and others from all walks of life. Registration will be done on site. The end of the association’s season is always at a frantic pace, with the passage of levels for young archers, the king’s shooting, the last weekend of June and the closing meal of the season, Saturday June 24th.
