Arsenal legend David Seaman spent thirteen years of his career there, from 1990 to 2003, for 564 appearances, which makes him the goalkeeper who has played the most matches in the club’s jersey. He was one of the Gunners’ successes during the 1990s, with three English league titles (plus four second places), four FA Cups, a League Cup and four Community Shields. In European competitions, he also won the Cup Winners’ Cup (1994) and was a C3 runner-up (2000). He joined Manchester City in the summer of 2003, where he stayed for just one season, before retiring at 40.
