The minims of the ASPTT Moulins en argent in Yssingeaux

The interdepartmental Auvergne/Loire seniors and minors (in teams) took place last weekend, in Yssingeaux, in Haute-Loire.

The two seniors of ASPTT Moulins Judo in the -100 kg category, Sylvain Olivier and Florian Cavroy respectively ranked 3 e et 5 e places.

In order to constitute an almost complete team, the minimal ones had the reinforcement of two young people from the club of Bellerive / Vichy / Varennes, Maël Guitton and Yanis Foigne. Five teams were in the running to obtain the title of Auvergne/Loire interdepartmental champion. The Moulinoise team, made up of Louison Nègre, Adam Mercier, Maxence Chéron, Clément Vayer, Maël Guitton and Yanis Foigne, ranked 2 e by losing to AJ 42. But, by winning the other matches against the clubs of Salomon Saint-Ferréol; Billom-Thiers; Martens-Stade-Clermontois.

The minimal team and the two seniors are therefore qualified for the next round in Grenoble, on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April, for the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes title.

In Blanzy (Saône-et-Loire), the youngest, for their part, participated in a preparation tournament for the interdepartments of Sunday May 7, in Saint-Flour. Victoire Bénigaud won the silver medal and Lyse Gosset, Cyann Mercier and Hanaé Fernandes won a bronze medal each.
