Negreira acknowledged to the Treasury that his relationship with Barcelona was due to his “position” as number 2 of the referees

Barcelona dispensed with the services of Negreira in 2018 coinciding with his dismissal as vice president of the Referees Committee. This was Negreira’s response to the matter in the same document sent to the Treasury: “FC Barcelona broke its agreement with Dasnil in 2018, defaulting on a large number of invoices pending collection, at the time that José María Enríquez Negreira was dismissed as vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees of the RFEF.
