“Mouramani’s late father, a former socialist MP was very pious and sociable. His late mother too. They are uneventful and have done a lot for the people of Tambacounda”, underlines a relative of the family.

His uncle Lamine Kaba says he is shocked by this case and the accusations made against his nephew, whom he saw born in the populous Depot district. “All I know of him is that he was stubborn when young, but overflowing with generosity. Despite the death of his parents, he comes regularly to Tambacounda at each Tabaski festival. It was with us that he learned the Koran. He was not brilliant at school. He did his elementary course Batou Diarra. His low level justifies his leaving classes very early before going to Dakar and then to the United States”says Mouramani’s uncle.

“Mouramani is a brave man. He made his way very early on. After elementary school in Batou Diarra in Tamba, he mustered up his courage to go to Dakar. After three years in the Senegalese capital, he left for the United States too young. He was only twenty years old at the time. It was between 2000-2001 that he decided to return home. »

“It is after the call of Me Abdoulaye Wade asking the sons of Senegal to return to the fold to invest in the country. Once in Senegal, he invested billions in the hotel business by buying the Les Ambassades des Parcelles-Assainies hotel, which is located opposite the town hall of the said locality. Some took him for a madman because he had left the posh neighborhoods of Dakar like Almadies, the city center to come and invest in the suburbs. However, he took up this challenge by succeeding in his project. He also enrolled hundreds of women in mutual health insurance. It created a lot of jobs. He has a very large printing press in Almadies and a large mechanical garage with many employees, ”reveals his closest collaborator.

He is described as a pious, hard-working, honest and generous man of wanting to destabilize the country. Mouramani comes from a very large family known for its generosity in Tambacounda.

Teacher, one of his childhood friends located in the Depot district confesses: “Mouramani is a childhood friend. We grew up together here at Depot. We have always lived together since our early childhood. He was always self-effacing and always smiling. He lost his parents who were examples and whom all Tambacounda knew within the Socialist Party. Since returning from the United States, he has remained in Dakar. He came back to Tambacounda to see his family, his friends at every Tabaski party. »

The teacher was full of praise for his friend. “Mouramani has a big heart. He is too attached to the family fabric. In Dakar, he only has his brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces at home”.
