Premiere for BBL Esports: The Turkish Valorant team has won its first win in the EMEA League after four previous defeats. BBL Esports celebrated a 2-0 win against Team Vitality.

“It feels incredible. I’m so happy,” said BBL’s İbrahim “SouhcNi” Sağır in the league stream about his team’s first win.

In the first week of the league, they showed that the BBL professionals should not be underestimated. Although the team lost 2-1 to Fnatic at the time, it was a special result. No other team in the EMEA League otherwise managed to win a map against the title favorite.

Due to the success, BBL gives up the red lantern of the bottom of the table to Karmine Corp, which had previously lost 2-0 to Navi. With this win, Navi is now level with Fnatic in the table, but is in second place due to the poorer record.

Not in action this week: KOI and front runner Fnatic. Due to Covid-19 cases in the team of the British e-sports organization, the teams’ game was postponed.
