There is a lot of talk and it is a question mark, why the champions of League 1 this season don’t get prize money. In fact, it had been agreed by the competition participating clubs from the start.

Erick didn’t seem to want this issue to widen and get crowded, so he stepped in and ensured that Juku Eja would receive IDR 2 billion in cash!
“If you look at the data, in 2015 there were no prizes. In 2016 and 2017, there were. In 2018 until now, there were none. What does that mean? This consistency doesn’t happen,” Erick explained to the media crew, in Jakarta.
“I’m not talking about just PT LIB. PSSI is like that too, because I talked to PT LIB, why isn’t there a bonus? Yes, it was, it wasn’t consistent,” he continued.
“So specifically I have decided on this earlier, so that you don’t spread things that are not important. This year, let me take a position, I will give Rp. 2 billion for the champion, but for next year you have to be consistent in the league itself, and financially. league and PSSI This should be completely open and transparent.” he insisted.
