Rafael Nadal is in doubt and the images captured this Thursday by a member of the Rafa Nadal Academy seem to confirm this trend.
While the Spanish daily AS revealed on Wednesday evening that there was a 90% chance that the Mallorcan would not participate in the ATP 500 in Barcelona, a tournament in which he was supposed to resume competition after forfeiting the Masters 1000 de Monte-Carlo, Rafa was seen in training this Thursday surrounded by his close guard.
Alongside his three coaches, Carlos Moya, Marc Lopez and Gustavo Marcaccio and his agent, Albert Costa, the man with 22 Grand Slam tournaments exchanged long minutes with them, no doubt about his fluctuating sensations at the training lately as revealed by the Iberian press.
The Spanish champion was also filmed training and it must be admitted that his minimal movements do not encourage optimism.
