Ten points for the beauty; The Trento club loses hopes of entering the play-off

Latvian basketball player Andrejs Gražulis scored ten points in the ULEB Eurocup match in Germany on Tuesday, as his represented Trento “Dolomiti Energia” suffered a loss.

The Trento team lost 87:89 (26:22, 19:22, 19:28, 23:17) to Hamburg “Towers” and lost hopes of reaching the playoffs.

In 21 minutes and 15 seconds, Gražulis made all three two-point shots, one of four long-range shots and one of two free throws. He also had two rebounds, three assists, one block, two sacks, four turnovers and a 14-point efficiency.

Mateo Spanjolo was the top scorer for the guests with 21 points and six assists.

Anthony Polait stood out for the German team with 27 points.

With three wins in 17 games, the Trento team ranks ninth in the ten-team competition in Group B, while “Towers” is eighth with six wins before the end of the main tournament.
