NHL | Attacker Pavel signed an NHL contract with Colorado after playing in the NCAA

Pavlo’s contract is valid from the coming season and at the end of this year he will be able to start on the farm in the AHL for the Colorado Eagles, with whom he signed a professional trial contract. This season, Pavel collected 15 points for six goals and nine assists in 39 games for Minnesota State University. In total, he scored 41 points for 18 goals and 23 assists in 94 games for the Mavericks in three seasons.

Pavel went overseas at the age of 16 from Sparta Prague and headed to the Iowa Wild AAA team in the T1EHL competition. In the 2018/19 season, he worked in the NAHL for the Minot Minotauros team and then played two years in the USHL for the Fargo Force.

At the Junior World Championship in 2020 at home in Ostrava, he did not score in five games. In 2017, he participated in the Czech hockey team winning silver at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial.
