Mizuno, known for its sportswear, has become one of the latest companies to venture into the NFT world, with its own collection of digital assets. The Japanese manufacturer teamed up with digital artist Ryokke Draw to cover some of its major sports, such as soccer, judo, and athletics, to create some unique artwork featuring judo’s particular practitioners.
A keen and popular manufacturer of judo equipment, the company proudly supplies the national judo teams of the United States, Japan, Brazil and France.
That’s entirely according to the company’s official statement, which also highlights more details about its running-themed NFT, which includes seven Osaka Marathon-themed running shoes. Each was painted with a different color of the rainbow, according to the team.
Those lucky enough to acquire one of these shoe-based NFTs will also have peace of mind knowing they also represent a physical pair of shoes. These collectibles are currently being sold on OpenSea, and there is no doubt that they will move from the primary market to the secondary market in record time.
