Withdrawal from the contract without giving reasons (return of the goods)

Didn’t make the right choice? With us you don’t have to worry about choosing! You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving reasons.

How do I proceed if I withdraw without giving reasons? Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The most convenient way is to contact us by email at info@baseball-shop.online or by telephone at +420 530 330 809. You can also use a sample cancellation form, which you can find here.

You can send the goods by post or bring them to our store.

Send the goods immediately, but no later than 7 days after the day of cancellation, to BASEBALL-SHOP.online, Příkop 4, Brno, 60200, Czech Republic. If you received additional goods from us free of charge in connection with the conclusion of the contract (“gift”), you must also return this gift.

We will refund you the purchase price of the goods within 14 days from the date of cancellation. However, in accordance with the law, we may wait to make payment until you have returned the goods to us. If you withdraw within the first 14 days after delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to a refund of the costs for delivery of the goods in the amount of the cheapest shipping method offered.

When can I withdraw from the contract without giving reasons? You can return any goods you have purchased from us.

Excluded from this are goods that
a) which have been made according to your wishes,
b) which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Please note that you are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods .

Complaint

Even if the percentage of defects in the delivered goods is small, it is good to know that any deficiencies will be remedied promptly and to your satisfaction. It is in our interest to get everything sorted as quickly as possible so that you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary (usually everything is done within a few days).

How can I complain? If you decide to complain about the goods, please first try to take photos of the defect and send us the pictures with a description to info@baseball-shop.online.

You can also complain about the goods in person in our store. Always state what you see as the defect in the goods, how the defect manifests itself or how the goods were treated.

We will inform you in writing about the progress of the complaint, in particular about its acceptance, settlement or rejection by email or SMS. We can also contact you by telephone.

We will decide on the complaint immediately. Processing the complaint, including repairs, will generally not take longer than 30 days. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to meet this deadline, your cooperation is essential.

When can I make a claim? We are liable for defects that the goods have upon delivery and that become apparent within the following 24 months. However, we are not liable for new defects, especially if they arise from improper use. In the case of used goods, we are not liable for defects that correspond to the degree of use or wear that the used goods had when you received them. If the goods are accompanied by a notice of a limited warranty, this applies to every claim.

Defects in gifts and other free services that we provide beyond your order cannot be viewed as defects in the goods. The images of the goods in our online shop are for illustration purposes and do not represent a binding representation of the properties of the goods.

What rights do I have if I make a complaint? In the event of a defect in the goods, we can jointly agree on compensation in the form of a voucher.

In addition, you are entitled to request that the defect be eliminated through replacement delivery or repair.

If it is impossible or unreasonable for us to remedy the defect, you are entitled to request a discount on the purchase price. In this case, you keep the goods and we will refund you part of the purchase price.

If the defect is also significant, you can also withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, send the goods back to us and we will refund you the full purchase price.
